Expect the unexpected
Unfortunately life tends to throw some wobbly ones at us from time to time. Everyone wants their charter boat holiday to go as planned, but sometimes unexpected things do happen, alas we recommend that all our charterers take out Travel Insurance.  Cancellation fees, loss, damage or theft of your personal baggage, additional travel costs to return home earlier or later than planned can all have a huge impact on your budget.  It is a relatively small cost and guarantees you will recoup the cost of your holiday.
 
Where do we go on our days off?
Colleen -  who manages our front desk sales took her niece & nephew on their first sailing holiday around the Whitsundays, calling into Stonehaven, Butterfly Bay & Manta Ray Bay to get some snorkelling in.  The highlight was definitely Manta Ray Bay where there is an abundance of coral & fish.  They communed with a resident turtle who doesn't mind pesky snorkellers, not to mention the gang of huge batfish that act as the local "meet & greet" team for the area.
 
On a recent sailing trip, Jenny who has just joined our maintenance team visited Cid Harbour & Whitehaven Beach.  Top spot went to Whitehaven as the weather was just perfect - sunny clear blue skies & light SE breezes, all coupled with great company, food & wine - we wondered if she'd ever come back!
